Kathmandu, February 3: Siddhartha Insurance Limited has proposed a dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.
A meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on February 1 proposed to distribute a dividend of Rs 1 million 768 thousand one hundred and five, 15.7895 percent of Rs. 1.12 billion.
The proposed dividend includes a bonus share of Rs 168 million, which is 15 percent. For bonus share tax purposes, the company will also distribute a cash dividend of Rs.88 lakh sixty-eight thousand 105, which is the remaining 0.7895 percent.
The company has stated that the proposed dividend will be distributed to the shareholders after the approval of the upcoming annual general meeting after the approval of the insurance committee.
