The Nepali Embassy in Seoul, quoting the Ministry of Labor and Employment of South Korea, informed the Ministry of Labor and Employment Nepal that the regular flight schedule scheduled for February 14 has been suspended due to the rapid spread of Corona virus and taking in of workers from several countries including Nepal has come to a halt.
Minister for Labor, Employment and Social Security Krishna Kumar Shrestha said that the Ministry is taking an initiative to make public the next flight schedule of the workers who were scheduled to fly to South Korea on February 14 after passing the language test for foreign employment.

He also said that arrangements will be made to immediately send the workers, the flight of whom was suspended,  as soon as the cases get better.
Under the Employment Permit System (EPS), the government attempted to arrange for departure of workers who had been waiting for a long time to fly South Korea after passing the language and SIP exams.
