The meeting of the House of Representatives held today has nominated seven MPs to chair a parliament meeting in the absence of the Speaker.
The seven MPs nominated by the senior most member of the HoR Pashupati Shumsher JB Rana are:- Ishwori Neupane, Chanda Karki Bhandari, Devraj Ghimire, Pratikshya Tiwari, Buddhi Man Tamang, Ram Krishna Yadav and Sushila Sirpali Thakuri.
Meanwhile, The proposal to conduct HoR business in accordance with the House of Representatives Regulations, 2075 BS, until new regulations are drafted in accordance with Article 104 of the Constitution was unanimously approved during the meeting.
