Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has been bereaved of his wife.
His wife Sita Dahal passed away today at the age of 69.
Prime Minister Dahal’s personal secretariat said that she passed away at 8:30 this morning.
Her body will be kept at the party central office Parisdanda from 11 am to 1 pm for paying respects.
The last rites will be performed at Pashupati Aryaghat at two o’clock today.
Sita Dahal, who had been ill for a long time, was also an adviser to the CPN Maoist Center.
