Nepal national women’s football team has won the two match friendly series against Bangladesh.
Nepal defeated Bangladesh 4-2 on penalties in the second friendly match today to lift the series.
The match went into tie breaker after goalless draw in the regular time.
Nepali goalie Anjan Ran Magar saved two of the Bangladesh penalties to secure the match as well as the series for Nepal.
In the first friendly match held on Thursday, Sabitra Bhandari had scored a second half injury time goal to save Nepal in the 1-1 draw.
