Nepal defeated Hong Kong by six wickets in the Triangular T20 Cricket Series match that is underway in Kathmandu.
The match was held today at the Mulpani Cricket Stadium.
Nepal took 13.5 overs and four wickets to reach their winning target of 95 runs.
Nepal achieved their second straight victory with this one.
It won by seven wickets over the United Arab Emirates in its opening encounter yesterday.
Aarif Sheikh scored the most for Nepal, hitting 42 runs off 34 balls and six sixes.
Similarly, Gulshan Jha and Captain Rohit Kumar Paudel also had perfect records of 25 and 14, respectively.
Kushal Bhurtel made eight contributions.
Yasim Murtaza claimed one wicket while Ehsan Khan claimed three all by himself. After losing the toss and opting to bat first, Hong Kong managed a pitiful 94 runs in 19.3 overs, losing every wicket. Zeeshan Ali scored 17 and Yasim Murtaza scored the most 36 for the losing squad.
Double digits could not be scored by other players.
Abinash Bohara and Sompal Kami each claimed two wickets, while Karan KC claimed four wickets all by himself for Nepal. In a similar manner, Shyam Dhakal and Kushal Malla each.
