The Grande International Hospital has launched a tele-counselling service to help anxious patients following the outbreak of the second wave of Covid-19 in the nation. With the alarmingly increasing cases of the new Covid-19 variant in the country, the Hospital initiated the digital counselling service to provide counselling to both the Covid-19 and non-Covid-19 patients. Hospital’s General Manager GM at the Hospital Bikashman Singh informed that physicians will provide counselling to the patients via digital platforms from another end. Singh added that patients could get a consultation from the specialists digitally and be benefitted from telemedicine services at this time of health crisis. As per him, patients could pay for the services online. The launch of telehealth services is appearing promising to mitigate the Covid-19 risks among the health workers and patients working selflessly in this time of crisis. The Hospital has been providing treatment to Covid-19 patients in its 54-bed Covid-19 treatment facilities. It has 16 ventilators and 18 ICU rooms.
