The rise in gold prices in the international market has impacted the local market, with prices increasing significantly today.
According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold has increased by NPR 1,100 per tola compared to the previous day. On Monday, gold was traded at NPR 157,000 per tola, while today it is being sold at NPR 158,100 per tola.
Similarly, the price of silver has also gone up by NPR 15 per tola. On Monday, silver was traded at NPR 1,860 per tola, and today it is being sold at NPR 1,875 per tola.
In the international market, the price of gold has increased by USD 24.56 per ounce, reaching USD 2,727.76 per ounce today.
