An earthquake of 4.1 in the Richter Scale as jolted East Rukum today at 2:59 am with its epicenter around Hukam gaon according to the National Seismology and Research Center Lainchaur, Kathmandu. Earlier, an earthquake of the same magnitude had occurred on May 4 with its epicenter in Bajura district.
