If steadfast, honesty, loyalty, and unconditional friendship had a face; it would probably be a dog wagging its tail. 

Large number of people have plenty of sweet memories with their favorite pets- Dogs. If we go back to history, we would not be able to find from when dogs began to be the best friends of human, but one thing for sure is that our bonding with it is only going to be stronger. Get back to home only after 5 minutes, your doggie is going to greet you like you have gone for years. If steadfast, honesty, loyalty, and unconditional friendship had a face; it would probably be a dog wagging its tail.

Dog owners from around the world are elated to having added the dogs as new members to their families. Be it playing with your kids, cuddling yourself with their huge hearts, watching TV with you, or when it is simply making request to an outing, dogs are making moments adorable, adding fun into your lives and dog owners assert of enjoying every bit of it. Workout lovers cite dogs are a great source of motivation too. They motivate to get up early and get moving. 

Having a dog in house appears to increase our feelings of empathy and responsibility to others. It would be injustice not to quote that they are best at snuggling. Further, dogs always seem to know when you are down; therefore, attempt to cheer you up. If I may add some facts relevant to doggies, here are few of them:

According to an article in Time, having a dog in your family can actually help prevent your kids from developing allergies. 

They make a tough day at the office so much better. National Public Radio (NPR) reported that, according to a study published in the “International Journal of Workplace Health Management,” bringing your dog to work can actually help relieve stress. 

And, according to the American Heart Association, owning a dog may even protect you from heart disease. 5. Dogs are willing to put aside their differences and live in peace, even with their natural-born enemies. 

Dogs have a sense of time: It’s been proven that they know the difference between a hour and five. If conditioned to, they can predict future events, such as regular walk times. 

Man’s best friend? Petting a dog and gazing into their eyes releases oxytocin (i.e the “love hormone”) not only for you, but for them as well. 

Stray dogs in Russia have learned how to ride the complex subway system, and get off at specific stops in search of food. 

Your dog can smell your feelings. In fact, your dog’s sense of smell is approximately 100,000 times better than yours. So it shouldn’t be shocking that they can in fact, smell things such as fear. When a human is fearful, they perspire, and a dog is easily able to pick up on this change. 

When your dog is carefully choosing the perfect place to do his business, it is because they prefer to go poop in alignment with the Earth’s magnetic field. 

Your dog can help get you a date! One study showed that a man’s chances of getting a girl’s phone number went from 10% to 33%, just by having a dog with them. In the study, a staggering 66% of men and women would not date someone who didn’t like pets. 

Labradors have been the most popular breed in the United States for the last 26 years. 

There may be less among us who have not watched movies related to dogs, and commended of their loyalty. Some get dogs as their pets thinking it would guard their houses. We see the dogs being friendly even with our little babies. That being said, there are also some among us who have dogs as pets with conditions. We keep doggies in our homes as long as they are healthy. Moment they get sick, we don’t hesitate to leave them in streets. With this mentality, it’s better we not adopt a doggie. 
Perhaps, the treatment has to be equal. They won’t judge you and offer warmheartedness even when you are low. And we should be prepared to go extra miles if we want to pet a doggie. May be because there are different ways how a dog’s psychology and human psychology work. When offered love and care, they would forever commit to love with the greater sympathy- perhaps uncommon in human mankind.
