Deep fried sea bass with sweet and sour soup
Ingredients
Whole sea bass
Tamarind
Chilli paste
Shrimp paste
Onion garlic
Carrot
Cauliflower
Bean
Morning glory
Chinese cabbage
Sugar
Fish sauce
Instructions:
- Bring the ingredients together. Put it in a boiling pot.
- Add the tamarind juice, fish sauce, sugar to taste sour and sweet
- Put the prepared vegetables to boil together. After it becomes thick-textured soup, deep fry the fish.
- Take the whole fish and deep fry it. Put the fish on the pot and serve, pour the soup on top of the fish and serve it with rice.
