U.S. President Joe Biden has termed the expecting Israel to end the Gaza conflict “ not realistic” in the most recent developments.

Biden reiterated the claim of a Hamas base at al-Shifa Hospital but provided no concrete evidence to support the assertion.

The UN Security Council passed a resolution advocating extended humanitarian pauses in Gaza, with notable abstentions from the United States, United Kingdom, and Russia.

Despite the resolution, calls for an immediate ceasefire went unanswered.

Israeli Forces Target Hamas in Gaza’s Largest Hospital Operation

On Thursday, Israeli forces launched another raid at the al-Shifa medical complex in Gaza City, as reported by a doctor within the hospital.

Hamas rejected claims of weapons being uncovered during the previous hours-long raid on Wednesday.

Amidst the ongoing conflict, the Palestinian Foreign Ministry issued a warning against what they termed Israel’s ‘misleading fabrications’ about al-Shifa Hospital, where thousands seek shelter.

The toll of the Gaza conflict continues to rise, with more than 11,300 Palestinians reported killed in Israeli strikes since October 7. In Israel, the official death toll from Hamas attacks surpasses 1,200.
