The opening day on December 28 witnessed the inauguration of the magnificent Naro Hall by the Guest of Honor, Narayan Prasad Dahal, Chairman of Nepal’s National Assembly. The event was declared a plastic-free zone, reflecting the Drukpa lineage’s dedication to environmental conservation and mindful living.
